Certified network engineer,I undertook successfully studies in informatics-network engineering and obtained my degree with great distinction. These studies came to enrich my basic knowledge obtained via self-training and more specific e-learning’s. Certified CCNA at the end of my degree. I passed the last of four Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications in February 2010. And also achieved in December 2011 to pass the fifth certification needed to be Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice (CCNP Voice). Re-certified to CCNP Collaboration in October 2017.Since I mainly work onsite for our customer base, I try to focus to deliver the highest customer satisfaction level.Providing the best possible expertise in the Voice over IP and Unified Collaboration area. Although I am working as an "external contractor", I am completely devoted to the team like if I was an internal employee of that company.My main domain of expertise is around Unified communication based on Cisco Collaboration Preferred Architectures, with an expertise of ISDN to SIP migrations, and SIP integrations with non-Cisco third-party systems. As I worked in the past, and on top of my full-time job, as part-time for an educational institution, I try to educate our clients as well in operating the on-prem unified communication infrastructure. I'm convinced this improve the relationship between myself, our clients, and our managed services. As it potentially avoids unnecessary requests waiting to be solved.Although I'm in the unified communication area, I have some knowledge of other technologies. I can explore other areas of interests like the network infrastructure or software defined networks. I am confident this also helps to discuss with clients about the collaboration infrastructure designs and its evolution. I'm still looking to further improve my knowledge on IP networks!
