• My forth work term Co-oping in the AO Granulation Unit. I am mainly working in process improvement for production with the Pastillation line
• Created Unit Display Dashboards to allow for the operators, supervisors, and production managers the ability to quickly see an overview of their entire units production and operation.
• Worked on Process Improvement for the Post-Production Packaging in the Granulation Unit. I developed improved packaging displays to give the packagers the necessary information to improve efficiency.
• Provided On-Call Support to Operators and Supervisors when problems occurred in the Formgiving Unit during my week rotation.
• Assisted the Technology team with the calibration of raw NIR Spectroscopy data for the Irganox 1010 reaction mass with corrected values that were interpolated from a quadratic curve. Gathered samples from the Isolock.
