A dedicated professional with experience in human rights development program management and business development. I recently completed a M.A. of Law in Diplomacy concentrating on human security and conflict resolution/negotiations, where I sought to blend studies of sustainable development challenges and contemporary Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. I am particularly interested in cross-sector, shared-value opportunities around rights-based development initiatives, particularly within Multi-National Corporations' supply chains. For my graduate thesis I used Geographic Information System methods to map cocoa producing landcover in West Africa and assess the likelihood that such farmland will utilize the worst forms of child labor. The results of which implicate the targeting of development resources as well as supplier auditing. Since the beginning of my career I've sought to nurture qualities and skills that will allow me to become an effectual leader of initiatives involving a diverse array of project/program partners. I hope that my next career opportunity allows me to continue on this trajectory, allowing me to gain experience on corporate initiatives targeting environmental or social challenges or on advancing platforms that give change agents the ability to understand, track and monitor Environmental, Social and Governance targets.
