As a broker, my primary duty is strategic planning, envisioning the position of the company’s growth, measured by 6 month incremental time-frames. . That is the primary focus; however there are day–to-day operations that are needed. Including general overhead, accurate account management for AR/AP, taxes, etc… Internal stability and maintenance are essential to success and growth. Marketing, inventory management, client relationship, maintaining numerous transactions, etc… As a broker; I do a lot, I am sure fellow brokers can relate, but I love what I do, I find so much joy in helping people, I am constantly working towards self-improvement, staying abreast with the latest in the industry, knowledge is the key...I LOVE REAL ESTATE!!!
