Initiate supply transactions to support prescribed stock levels, fill demands, and requisitioning. Perform extensive searches for required information to complete transactions and ensure customer support. Ensure supply capability to support customer requirements worldwide. Provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized and unique supplies and equipment. Analyze computer records of item activity to detect demand fluctuations, lead time changes, and overall supply operations. Revise ASL to ensure stock levels will maximize military customer support. Use hazardous material and packaging material listing. Review pertinent documentation to include receipts, issuing documentation, and adjustment actions. Researched transactions for discrepancies, overages, shortages and initiate follow up. Determine proper storage areas for materials to accommodate size, shape, quantity, use and possibility of damage, deterioration and contamination to or from other items within the warehouse. Receive all turn-ins and ensure they are properly tagged, cleaned, drained, and processed through the SARSS. Account for major assembly lines as well as Class II, IV, VII, and IX materials valued in excess of $100 million dollars. Utilize the Army SPBS-R to manage hand receipts, troubleshooting and implement changes.

Provide logistics service/support requirements with internal/external agencies in support of military units processing thru supply process. Project manpower utilization/make recommendations to project management staff concerning personnel actions. Direct/support compilation/analysis of technical source data necessary for product development and quality. Work with Quality Assurance Specialist on work performance for SSA related to random sampling, directed inspections, and final inspections of completed tasks. Develop quality assurance plans and approaches in accordance with technical requirements. Redesigned DOL warehouse to make it a more proficient operation, enhance the location to warehouse the 7,000 plus ASL/ 3,000 NSL lines. Preserved millions of dollars of repair parts by moving them from an outside location to an inside location. Revamped the CRP to better serve the Fort Bragg community with incoming cargo. Enhanced the Hazardous Material Management Center (HMMC) operation. Managed units/civilian operation with Authorize Use List (AUL), ensuring units are maintained their POL products IAW Military and OSHA regulations.
