I have had the privilage to work with some amazing individuals (i.e.,engineers, senior management, vendor and a multitude of colleagues) over the past 30 years. I have held the positions as project manager, contruction manager, facilities manager, environmental safety director, maintenance manager and chief engineer, and through this time I have implimented a higher standard to each of my past and present positions. I am a self motivated, energetic and punctual person. With my reputation and my ability to meet completion deadlines, I have been called by various senior managers as the go to guy. My duties include but are not limited to multi tasking daily maintenance routines, completion of hospitality and commercial renovations, emergency repairs, scheduling multiple departments and the ability to facilitate vendor contracts with cost saving results. I have taking on the role as teacher/facilitator in various departments.
