Gained and applied valuable experience as part of the Operations/Business Intelligence Reporting Project with Acxius Strategic Consulting at United Technologies Corporation, implementing an enterprise data warehouse which includes an MDM data governance solution. Developed batch scripts that run in concert with Informatica ETL process to bring ERP spend file extracts to Informatica landing area as part of staging load, have since become basis for PMO standard. Developed C#.NET application with a UTC intern to bring data from Excel-based savings spreadsheet into our data warehouse.Analyzed UTC Commodity models’ strengths & deficits and assisted in creation of new commodity label model that is now used by commodity managers, diversity managers, & the finance manager to monitor spend, savings, & contracts. Reverse engineered savings spreadsheet excel application and architected savings model for use across Ops/BI Infrastructure. Implemented commodity model in EBX, the project’s MDM tool. Consultant. Developed website on the Fletcher Intranet for Office of Career Services' Internship Database using a Microsoft Access Database imported from Excel. Features included list by career field, organization, and location, as well as search based on the latter two. The database behind the website was also updatable and documentation was created to assist in updating and uploading revisions.

Participated in comprehensive program created to provide instruction and hands-on application of programming languages, database design and management, and website design for future Information Technology professionals. Served as an instructor for several classes. Developed and presented web applications for national competitions. Selected as team leader. Hartford Team garnered second place in 2005 National High School Computer Competition held in Detroit, MI.
