Responsible for planning, coordination and invoicing procedures for quality inspections worldwide, with primary focus on the European and Asian Pacific areas of operation. FRI, DUPRO, Sample Picking; Loading Supervision (LS), as well as other quality inspections based on client-specific requirements.Account management for large retail clients, both German and international. This includes receiving quality inspection requests, distributing them to the responsible international colleagues, preparing quotations based on the international rates, and tracking the job status and progress up to and including the invoicing of the clients. Responsible for creating, and tracking account-based KPI's for internal and external use / evaluation.Team leadership of a four person group, based in Fürth, Germany. The team handles quality inspections (listed in detail above), as well as other project management roles, as required and directed by upper management. Internal and cross-sales tasks, based on client requests through the telephone hotline and email requests.Client presentations and explanations of services offered by our corporation, including preparation and scheduling of the meetings and appoinments.Client status meetings, scheduled and attended on a regular basis (quarterly) on-site at client offices and facilities. Here, the performance and progress of the past few months is discussed and evaluated for areas of strengths and needed improvements. Creation of processes for client accounts (workflows, documentation, SOP's, contact lists, etc), as well as brainstorming with other responsible sections to increase inter-departmental cooperation.Software systems used for daily business include: MS Office package (2010), primary focus on Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and Powerpoint. SAGE WAWI database used for invoicing, as well as various internal databases to track supplier performance and conformity to various environmental and chemical regulations.

On-Site Supervisor, responsible for installation of busbar systems, up to 72KV. Responsible for oversight of installation personnel, planning of daily workflows, assignment of installation team personnel, and daily reporting functions.Job sights within Germany, the EU, as well as in the USA and the middle east (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).Responsibilities included reading and interpretation of technical drawings related to system installations, planning of on-site resources (workers, tools, infrastructure), and daily status meetings with the clients to inform them of process made, challenges, and/or changes to the scheduling. Extensive travel was required, as well as the ability to work independently. Software platforms used were standard Microsoft Office package.
