Creation of processes for client accounts (workflows, documentation, SOP's, contact lists, etc), as well as brainstorming with other responsible sections to increase inter-departmental cooperation.Software systems used for daily business include: MS Office package (2010), primary focus on Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and Powerpoint. SAGE WAWI database used for invoicing, as well as various internal databases to track supplier performance and conformity to various environmental and chemical regulations.

Responsible for oversight of installation personnel, planning of daily workflows, assignment of installation team personnel, and daily reporting functions.Job sights within Germany, the EU, as well as in the USA and the middle east (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).Responsibilities included reading and interpretation of technical drawings related to system installations, planning of on-site resources (workers, tools, infrastructure), and daily status meetings with the clients to inform them of process made, challenges, and/or changes to the scheduling.
