I have always had a passion for numbers. This started from a young age when I first learned long multiplication. It felt natural to me. This has been an interest that I’ve carried with me for as long as I’ve been in school. As time has passed, I have been able to pursue paths that have allowed me to not only continue working with numbers, but also go more in depth with them. On top of numbers, the business world has always intrigued me. Something I like is that there are so many different aspects and avenues of business. As previously stated, I’m a big numbers person, so I originally was only interested in finance or accounting related fields. However, this is no longer the case.Growing up, I was always into sports. With that being said, I’ve always known that although I’d be done with sports shortly after high school, I wanted to stay around them.Combining these 3 passions of mine leads me to the business world of sports. Through my experiences thus far, it feels like a match made in heaven. I have learned so much about the different aspects of business through my time spent with different front offices of organizations. Through these experiences not only have my financial and accounting skills improved, but my marketing, operations, sales, and logistical skills have improved also. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that although there are many branches of the business tree, they all intertwine and connect with each other in some way. I am definitely excited to see the growth and progress I make in the future.
