Performing certain treatments on patients, such as electrical stimulation, laser therapy, ultrasound, applying heat or ice, and helping with stretches and exercises. We also work in the front office performing most customer service-related tasks, such as answering the phones, scheduling appointments, making reminder calls and emails, and accepting and processing payments. In addition to these things, we keep the facility clean by wiping off the table-beds when each patient is done, as well as sanitizing equipment including Graston tools and cupping implements, along with sweeping and weekly cleanings of exercise equipment, including treadmills, weight racks, and the Alter-G. We also orient new patients with the Alter-G treadmill.
