My role as a Principle Operations Engineer allowed me to bring diverse perspectives and a relentless pursuit of process improvement to the team.My tenure was marked by the successful implementation of the Fighter Production System Factory Flow Initiative, significantly reducing costs and ensuring financial targets were met. Leading a team of Industrial and Integrated Technology professionals, we deployed key manufacturing execution systems and MRP/SAP, affecting over 6,000 shop floor workers across multiple facilities. These strategies and systems remain a testament to our collective dedication to growth performance and manufacturing excellence.
