Greg is an attorney who has a significant amount of experience litigating in state and federal courts and administrative forums. Currently, Greg handles various types of matters within the firm’s Employment Practices Group, including, but not limited to, defending management against claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, breach of contract and related areas.Before joining the firm, Greg served as in-house employment counsel for a global IT firm and as a House Counsel attorney for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies where he addressed employment-related disputes. He has represented clients in numerous industries, including the fields of education, medical (short- and long-term care facilities), transportation, consumer and industry goods, not-for-profit, legal, security and hospitality.

Representing management in New York state and federal courts and state/local administrative agencies in cases relating to discrimination, harassment, breach of employment contracts and related areas.

As Employment Counsel for TCS, I provided employment law advice to HR in areas relating to pre-hire/hiring stages, investigations and employee discipline, policies, protected leaves, terminations, restrictive covenants and regulatory compliance issues. In addition, I supported HR in reviewing/drafting employment-related terms in customer contracts and assisted business managers in drafting consulting agreements. I also assisted the General Counsel in overseeing external counsel and in resolving employment and other litigation.
