Responsibilities included representing senior agency management in contested administrative hearings before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, the Atomic Safety Appeal Board, and the Commission.• Primary responsibility for all phases of litigation in connection with the licensing, regulation, and use of nuclear materials, from discovery through the appellate review and settlement negotiation processes. Duties also included reviewing proposed agency actions to ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.• Lead attorney in Seabrook and Braidwood operating licensing proceedings.• Received NRC Special Achievement Award in 1987.• Security Clearance: TOP SECRET.

• Primary responsibility involved adjudicating multi-million dollar administrative enforcement proceedings involving many of the largest energy companies in the country.
