QGC - QCLNG Project Reporting to the Quality Manager and serving as a team member of the QGC QCLNG Gathering Quality team, this position’s primary responsibility is ensuring organizational quality assurance and compliance by providing technical leadership for the organization’s operational function. Working with the quality and management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organization strategies, policies and practices. Responsibilities: • Carry out surveillance, inspection and monitoring of site gathering construction processes including HDPE welding, flange management, pipe stringing, pipe ploughing, excavation, lowering in, backfilling, facility installations and ROW re-habitation. • Witness HDPE welding machine and welding operator’s qualification pilot welds for QGC gathering projects.• Maintain production poly weld destructive test program • Review QCLNG gathering contractor quality documentation:o Contractors gathering project MDR’so Review gathering pipe line ITR’s against as-built P&ID’s prior to pressure testingo Review/approve pressure test packs weld/survey datao Analyse welding McElroy DL3/DL4data logger reports for compliance to ISO21307o Review and approve poly coupon mechanical test reports• Develop, review and assist contractor implement approved quality documentation:o HDPE high pressure butt welding, electrofusion and fast fusion welding procedureso Work method statements for gathering construction processes – Welding, flange management, de-beading, live tie in’s, facility installations, pipe installation.o Construction ITP’s (Inspection Test Plans)o Gathering construction FIC check sheetso MDR index’s and formats

Responsibilities:Develop, manage and coordinate an inexperienced team of quality field officers to ensure quality compliance during the construction of HDPE gathering systems and to meet all Leanfield and clients quality procedures, processes, specifications and drawings. Implement quality control programs designed to ensure continuous quality improvement consistent with established standards. Implement processes and procedures to meet ISO9001 accreditation. Develop, review and implement approved quality documentation:• Quality procedures:o HDPE high pressure, electrofusion and fast fusion weldingo Holiday testing procedureso Manifold, tie in and hot tap procedureso Flange management procedures• Quality documentation:o Daily gathering system construction FIC check sheetso HDPE gathering system ITP’so HDPE gathering system MDR (project QA records)Supervise and manage the daily activities of Leanfield QA field officers during daily inspections of HDPE gathering system construction activities and maintaining quality records within the project MDR. Develop and organize onsite training activities related to quality welding activities, NCR dispositions and QA inductions for all relevant Leanfield staff.

Responsibilities:Coordinate the Quality Control / Assurance of WDS works for QGC HDPE poly gathering systems including, the installation, commissioning and maintaining the all HDPE gathering system project QA records /MDR’s. • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of WDS and QGC Quality Procedures, processes, specifications and drawings.• Develop, implement and maintain poly welding method statements and procedures including:o Low pressure welding – Dixon & McElroy machineso High pressure welding – Dixon & McElroy machineso Fast Fusion welding• Develop, implement and maintain welding parameters, ITP’s (inspection test plans) and FIC sheets (field inspection sheets)• Maintaining MDR folders for all project QA records• Provide and maintain current revision of construction drawings and scopes of work.• Provide and maintain QA construction procedures.• The development and / or review of specific procedures that may be required from time to time (such as hydrostatic / pneumatic testing procedures etc.)• Ensuring the documentation, drawing and data held on site are of current revision and shall maintain records so as to demonstrate this currency as may be required.• Ensure the ongoing maintenance of QA records so as to conform to WDS’s commitment to quality and conformance to the client’s requirements.• Supervise and reconciling technical problems with construction crews
