FACILITY SERVICE ENGINEER/FACILITIES MANAGER/CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT MANAGER 2005 – CURRENTStarted my employement with Macquarie in operations team as a facilities engineer supporting all facilities & critical infrastructure within ANZ. In 2009 I was offered a critical environment engineering/FM role looking after the Americas working out of the New York office. I returned to Sydney in 2011 into the critical environment manager role looking after Australia/New Zealand.Key achievements:• Operational management of all building services in the ANZ region• Manage maintenance contracts supporting building services and critical environments.• Management of data centres in the ANZ region.• Incident management to provide maximum uptime for all critical environments.• Carry out due-diligence studies of critical environments and provide resiliency improvements where needed.• Ensure all works are compliant with OH&S requirements and Macquarie policies.• Perform detailed design review of M&E services throughout the life cycle of projects.• Manage annual IST on critical infrastructure across the ANZ region.• Review & comment on all services drawings during all projects.• Provide monthly reports on data centre capacity management, engineering/FM ensuring compliance against SLA’s and incident reporting.
