Maxsys, Dainippon Screen – Marketing and Sales. Biting Insect Technologies – Product Development, Electronic Design, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Responsible for the development of a commercial air bearing based high precision metrology system. Duties included development of system concept, design, component selection, programming, prototype construction and testing. System is based on National Instruments cRIO-sbRIO FPGA-RT hardware and is programmed in the LABVIEW software environment. Related tasks include establishing methodology for brushless DC Motor, drive amplifier, controller, wiring selections for all company products and writing LABVIEW based programs to interface with Copley drive amplifiers and Renishaw encoders.

Recruited by this start-up to establish a North American service and sales organizations. Provided internal “customer perspective” for product development. Established and managed North American Distributor network. Guided company efforts through the various Military, Medical, Aerospace and Commercial material approvals required for customer and OEM acceptance.

Established Company’s North American Operational strategies including setting up and managing sales and service organizations. Responsible for recruitment, training and management of all North American personal. Setup and managed the process by which new product specifications were established and their development measured. This effort included establishing and maintaining close working relationships with customers, OEM’s, Industry Trade Organizations and R&D.
