Specific expertise in leading and managing large, global HSE teams (compliance management systems, injury and illness prevention, CAPEX program management, resiliency, M&A, transitions). Design of systems, process evaluation and permitting and operations integration of environmental media: waste water, air emissions, storm water, chemical substitution, hazardous waste reduction. Chemical process design: waste water treatment (ion exchange and traditional systems), catalytic and thermal air emissions control, storm water treatment. Global experience (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Canada, China, UK, Germany, France, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines). Reporting to the VP ISC, globally responsible for leading all Health, Safety, Environmental regulatory compliance, energy reduction, resiliency and governance programs for Honeywell Aerospace (54 manufacturing). Business oversight, HSEF: Americas Mechanical and Electronic Operations, EMEA and APAC. Support of HSE for HON Aero Govt. contract for Sandia NL and FM&T. Direct the Annual Operating Plan, 5-yr Strategic Plan, Strategy Deployment Plan, HSE Critical Capital, Facilities, Fire and Property physical protection and Governance. Lead a staff of 10 globally, providing support and direction and over 50 additional HSE leaders in our organization.
