Provide consultation and support to all departments through high level, hands on administrative functions to ensure facilitation and monitoring of company-wide initiatives and special projects related to strategic business practices, benchmarking, performance improvement processes and organizational analysis. Function in a key role to facilitate a coordinated team effort and communication between all points of access for assigned projects. Utilize a systematic approach to provide leadership and accountability to mission critical projects. Oversee all Advertising, Billboards and Publications. Coordinate all TV broadcasting with Linda Cobb, the Queen of Clean on ABC & CBS.• July 2011 completion of 12,000sq Inpatient House “Greenfield House” in Mesa, Arizona

Responsibilities include all sales management and operations of the Admissions, Marketing, Managed Care contracting and Intake Departments. Also involved in all operational decisions with Budget, ADR’s, Clinical Criteria, Medicare guidelines, etc.Sales Leadership of a team of 7: 4 Marketing Rep’s and 2 Admission Nurses with the 1 Hospital Liaison; Set sales and admissions goals for the team, conduct sales meetings, set commission structure and quarterly, monthly and weekly goals. Teach and train and motivate the team to improve sales performance and closing/admissions rates. Work directly with the Owner and Administrator to establish contracts with Insurance Companies, Hospitals, Physicians and other Healthcare facilities for patients requiring inpatient status and Hospice care within the community.• Instrumental in establishment of Serenity’s 1st Inpatient Unit• Grew census from 140 to 220 during sales leadership• Traveled to Las Vegas to conduct market analysis for new location

Hospice of Arizona - Phoenix, AZ 2002 – 2006Provider Relations Coordinator/ Team LeaderResponsibilities included overseeing a team of 8: Provider Relations Coordinators with the Hospital Liaison roles and Nursing Home programs; working directly with the CEO and Administrator to form contracts with hospitals and other facilities for patients requiring inpatient status; initiated and oversaw Hospital Liaisons; worked with Referral and Admission Departments to ensure efficiency. Oversaw operations, negotiation and State Licensure of new Inpatient Units. Leading the Admissions / Liaison team while also working a territory as a Hospital Liaison admitting patients into one of our 5 IPU’s Units. • Beginning census of 300 in 2002, with a growth of an additional 550 patients, equaling an 850 patient census on a daily average upon resigning. • Developed a new “Hospital Liaison Program” and “Nursing Home Program• Instrumental in development of the “Catholic Healthcare West Palliative Care Program” with St. Joseph’s Hospital which resulted in a feeder into HOA and 20-30 new Admissions per month.
