Through working with top notch, full service architectural firms, missive drawing sets and specification files, virtual project models, and multi-discipline design engineering requirements I have a deep appreciation of the preconstruction deliverables, procurement schedules and projected cost documentation for downstream workflow on projects ranging from a few million to over 30 million in value.
