Preparation of completely detailed, labor, material and subcontract cost estimates for all project pursuits of ultra high end residential general contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Providing full preconstruction services, converting estimates into contract budget by preparing detailed scopes of work, bid requests and comparisons of multiple bids in each trade category and line item breakdown. Through working with top notch, full service architectural firms, missive drawing sets and specification files, virtual project models, and multi-discipline design engineering requirements I have a deep appreciation of the preconstruction deliverables, procurement schedules and projected cost documentation for downstream workflow on projects ranging from a few million to over 30 million in value.
