About Gregory Buchanan

Customer Service First professional with 22 years face-to-face experience. I am currently a Project Manager for GTT and was recently the Supervisor for Global Dispatch Operations for three years. I led a team who arranged and managed all Pro-Install and Repair dispatches to sites across the globe. For over 18 years, I was involved in front-line technical customer service in the field of Broadband, VoIP, and other services installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Between my experience in the US Army and my civilian career (Covad/MegaPath/Global Capacity) I've installed almost every existing platform in the market: LOS microwave, satellite, xDSL, DS1, DS3, EoCU, and VoIP. I've also been directly involved in Project Management and Deployment as a Field Ops SME for several national and regional chains. I've worked with customer IT directors to develop and write installation SOWs for nation-wide roll-out including POC/Pilot phase analysis and revision through roll-out; including editing after implementation.I enjoy being the face of my company where I have the greatest impact on customer service through honest communications, thoroughness while on-site, and seeking solutions that meet the customer's needs before mine.
