• Scheduling, management, and operation of Southern Texas PGA tournaments including all STPGA Section tournaments, Senior Series, PGA Tour qualifiers, Web.com qualifying school, Playing Ability Tests, Drive Chip & Putt, and STPGA Junior Golf Championships.• Lead Official for all Senior Series tournaments, STPGA Assistants Championship, STPGA Senior Championship, Eastern and Western Chapter Pro-Pro, & 9/9/9 Pro-Pro Championship.• Directly responsible for the Senior Series and Playing Ability Test (PAT) programs. This includes scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and operating every Senior Series and PAT event.• Travel to respective events to perform on-site management duties including marking the golf course, picking hole locations, setting tee yardages, set-up of tournament infrastructure, creating parings, enforcing pace of play, managing the scoring tent, purse allocation, recruiting and training on-site volunteers, and activating sponsor needs• Creating tournament info pages for our app and website, managing the sponsor database, using data to determine what events need marketing attention, creating tournament purses, and tracking point lists on BlueGolf, our tournament software.• Communicate and develop relationships with PGA members, parents, sponsors, and other supporters of the Southern Texas PGA to ensure we are delivering a memorable and lasting experience.
