Technical Production Technician @ Meta
Current• Manage daily events for live streaming and recording services• Edit and produce video recordings for clients using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Audition, and or After Effects• Collaborate with clients and coordinate presentations per venue restrictions• Video switch operator for an online audience along with in-room screen switching & stream management to support meetings on a global scale using the Grass Valley Korona, EVS DYVI and ROSS Carbonite switchers.• Mentor and train new technicians on video technologies• Integrate video conferencing system into live production• Analyzing and troubleshooting VC connections as well as its associated hardware• Build relationships with clients at the Meta campus and help to deliver company message through various mediums• Plan and execute various event formats for online and on-site audiences• Producing custom graphics for live events• Assisting in building entirely new VC infrastructure in the wake of covid-19 work from home.• Forming new SOP for Remote Support for entire organizations within Meta.• Skills including using SSH Terminal commands to tunnel into virtual desktops on the Meta campus, connected to our encoders and codecs. As well as collecting RTMP server URLs and stream keys from clients for streaming events, often walking them through the process over Zoom in a polite, clear and simple manner.
