As a Senior Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Investigator, my responsibilities include, but not limited to, review, analyze and approve Suspicious/Non-Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), assist team members in resolving complex case issues and provide guidance and coaching as needed.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, completing investigations to meet or exceed closure and quality metrics. Reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks; completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement. Back up Senior investigators as needed - Assign, review and approve cases, assist team members in resolving complex case issues and provide guidance and coaching as needed.

Responsible for technical systems support for LSBO (Loans Serviced by Others) Operations group and other business partners. Extensively interact with internal and external contacts to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems. My current responsibilities include loading data files into SOR (System of Records) for processing, ensure secure file transfer protocols and maintain data quality checks. Other tasks include integrating IT and business through aligning business requirements with SharePoint functionality while supporting day to day digital content management. Employ SharePoint Designer and InfoPath to implement custom workflows, dynamic forms, data-driven web parts and optimizing business processes. Employ Sharegate migration tool to migrate SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010. Oversee SharePoint environment such as development and deployment of website collections, security matrix, custom lists, and libraries.
