Providing our Clients with Services and Support that most major Real Estate Firms do not have the time nor the infrastructure to perform.The Company's founder Gregory M. Camacho, was previously associated with a Major Commercial Brokerage firm from 1980-1984’, and observed the limitations of the Major Firms capabilities. He felt that in order to properly address the needs and services of his Clientele, he would create a "Boutique Brokerage Firm" that had the expertise of the Major Firms, but was much more nimble and creative in the services provided to their Clients.CCRES over the last 30 years has completed over a 1,000 lease transactions, representing Landlords and Tenants in their leasing requirements; CCRES also represents Owners and Buyers in their dispositions and acquisitions of Commercial Real Estate Properties. Our “overall” focus is mainly in the following areas: Office, Medical, Retail, Residential Income and Industrial Buildings.It is our firm belief that the success of our Company is a direct result of the aggressiveness of our marketing strategies and understanding the needs of our Clients.
