About Gregory Carr
I am currently a Lead Investigator in the Drug Discovery and Development Group of the Lieber Institute for Brain Development (LIBD). I lead the In Vivo Pharmacology Laboratory within the LIBD. We focus on establishing PK/PD relationships for novel therapeutics using advanced behavioral assays and neurochemical biomarkers. Our basic research focuses on identifying genetic and environmental risk factors for cognitive dysfunction and determining their role in the underlying neurobiology of cognition.I am also interested in the commercialization of research-based intellectual property in the biotechnology and healthcare industries.
