As an Interview Specialist, my responsibilities includes interviewing candidates for potential job placement, reaching out to both passive and active candidates to answer questions about job positions, and scheduling interviews for interested prospective candidates. I was also responsible for ascertaining information to send to recruiters based on candidates QIA requirements, worked to achieve daily goals from placing candidates in QIA status. I had to provide a detailed diagnosis of activity in markets to recruiters and the corporations we serve as well as perform various data entry and administrative tasks given to me by both my Recruiter and Client Services manager.

As a shoe expediter my job included but was not limited to: Retrieving shoes from area stock rooms for customers Keeping an accurate count of shoes in stock Creating and setting up shoe samples for on floor display
