As the VP of Implementation and Customer Success, I will lead Fillogic’s technology operations, implementation, and customer engagement. I will manage the relationship with clients post-contract signing through implementation of technology operations through and after “Go Live”. As a senior executive with technology and operations experience in distribution, fulfillment and ecommerce operations as well as the systems that support this infrastructure, I will help support the building successful teams in logistics and supply chain organization.

• Budgeting and Forecasting responsibility for Logistics & E-Commerce fulfillment operations- Including specific store supply purchasing and allocation• Design and development of store supply fulfillment process for all stores through the DC locator system• Renegotiated all E-Commerce parcel post rates based on annual volumes along with adding shipping methods to provide customers more delivery options• Worked with third party trucking companies on decreasing transit times to better service 40 B&M locations• Currently working with Loehmann’s I/T Department and third party software provider to upgrade our Trailer Management Module to include Receiving functionality to implement new cross dock functionality for our Shoe Division- DSW relationship kicking off in November of 2013

• 2012 Fall Season requested to lead expense savings initiative for company supply purchasing• Create annual budgets for both Margin / Expense for both Logistics and E-Commerce Divisions with expense reduction as the primary focus. - $600k savings during Spring Season vs. LY - $900k savings plan for Fall Season vs. LY• 2011 E-Commerce initiative – 9 month implementation phase - Incorporated 77k sq. ft. of existing warehouse space; designed merchandise processes flow; currently at 50% capacity - Partnered with third party software provider on creation, design and execution of RF based software package for fulfillment - Work with SME on design and set up of systems from front end to customer service• Optimized supply chain performance through strategic partnerships focusing on technology for ways to benefit the retail support function - 2006 – 2011 increased UPH by 36% with a CPU reduction of 11% or $.05 - Worked with 3PL on installation of virtual RF sorters in shoe and jewelry processing areas to increase merchandise turn by 60% - Worked with Loehmann’s I/T and 3PL to develop and install Transportation Management System to upgrade companies existing module - 1.5 day decrease in merchandise turn from manifest date to store receipt

• Developed and executed both the Spring and Fall 2009 Logistics budgets for both Payroll and Expense totaling $19.4 million while shipping 16.4M units. - $1,600.0M in S,G, & A reduction in FY 2009 • UPH increases of 14.7% vs. 2008 by expanding automation systems saving $240k in payroll.• Converted a 2 shift operation consisting of over 400 hourly associates to 1 shift operation consisting of 260 along with 17 Executives. • Management reduction from 21 Executives to 13, reductions based on business need and workflow

• Manage the Production and Staffing of DC Operations to achieve daily, weekly and monthly receipt goals.• Responsible for multiple facilities as well as a 2 shift operation with 400 3PL hourly employees.• Remodeled DC accountabilities of individual depts. based on total DC UPH and Reserve Shortage Goal.

• Provide annual budgets for US Logistics, consisting of three warehouses; New Jersey, Connecticut and California servicing 112 stores.• Provide and monitor all weekly staff planning to each warehouse for all facets of daily activity based on UPH.• Liaison between 3PL trucking company on negotiating and reducing our annual transportation rates / costs.• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual recap of finances to Head of Logistics as well as the Country Manager and Head of Corporate Logistics.• Contributed to writing of RFP for 3PL West Coast Operation. - RFP is now company standard
