Designed and implemented a smart metering managed service (SMSO) providing a single platform for smart meter operations for multiple energy suppliers. Streamlined and optimised the deployment and management of SMETS1 smart meter/devices at customer premises by running training programs for installation engineers. Formulated BI reports to facilitate the installation process of 50,000+ meter devices, the retrieval of additional revenues from the client, and increase the efficiency of each meter installation engineer. Incorporated the smart prepayment module into the solution to support the deployment of smart prepayment devices beyond SMETS1 cutoff date. Systems integration lead for an RPMA smart grid solution for an energy supplier in the Isle of Man. Rolling out the integration of a prepayment module, allowing supplier to manage its portfolio of prepayment meters while ensuring each vend to the meter is tracked through system from payment point to meter.
