I am the President and CEO of both Standard Bent Glass and SBG Defense. As a Founding Partner of Mount Sharp Capital, I played a role in the team that acquired Standard Bent Glass, guiding the company from bankruptcy to profitability. We revitalized operations which helped create a new entity in glass, SBG Defense, which has quickly emerged as a leading supplier of Transparent Armor.At Mount Sharp Capital, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between private equity and independent sponsors. Mount Sharp's "Operational Equity" approach enables us to take a highly hands-on role in maximizing profits for our portfolio companies.Before co-founding Mount Sharp Capital, I accumulated extensive experience in the finance industry. My career began with 16 years at Citigroup, where I held three key roles within Fixed Income. At The Yield Book, part of Citigroup's Fixed Income Quantitative Analysis division (now part of the London Stock Exchange Group), I educated users on the Asset Management and Bond/Risk Analytics platform and led seminars on its capabilities. I then spent a decade on the Mortgage Sales team, collaborating with top investment managers on various fixed-income products, including Asset-Backed Securities, Bespoke Credit Transactions, and Mortgage-Backed Securities. My final role at Citigroup was on the Asset-Backed Syndication Desk, where I distributed securities backed by various assets such as auto loans, credit card receivables, and student loans. After Citigroup, I joined Cantor Fitzgerald's Mortgage Sales team, covering institutional investors across fixed-income products.
