Shortly after graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in marketing and communications, I began working as a communications coordinator in the NYS assembly with members from all over the state, including Assemblyman Tague, Assemblyman Ra, Assemblyman Morinello, Assemblyman Smullen, Assemblyman Chang, and others. I managed social media platforms, worked on drafting political mailers and press releases, sat in and worked with local offices to learn what policies are being put forth in the legislative cycles, helped with campaign related efforts, and much more. My current position as the Public Relations Manager for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association involves sharing and developing industry related stories from our nation's farmers and ranchers from all 50 states to showcase their amazing work on beef production, sustainability, cattle care, etc. I have the amazing opportunity to work within issues management team to develop pitches to plan and formulate press releases for various news responses, special events, industry updates, etc., all in order to further the Iconic the story of the iconic Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner. brand. I have been involved in the Ag industry for as long as I can remember. My family has a beef operation in Upstate NY, my brother and I are the fourth generation to be involved in operations. I have a passion for the ag industry and being able to connect with farmers and ranchers all over the country has been a truly wonderful experience.
