Validated through functional life tests and field tests. . Mechanically designed 3 AC motors for Drill and Locomotive applications. Became responsible for large New Product Introductions for locomotive developments. For one locomotive, provided the design knowledge and leadership to develop a new AC traction motor, alternator, and equipment blower and motor.
