Negotiated with customer R/D on technical requirements of RF components used in mobile communications base stations , mobile radios, and satellite ground stations. Provided the customer engineering department with an optimized RF component solution with best in class performance for frequency stability, packaging, phase noise, and cost. Developed a product technology road map based on multiple customer inputs of future RF device technology trends and requirements.Established a global supplier base of frequency control device partners that were utilized to win market share with our target customer market segments.Designed integrated modules incorporating core supplier standard technology into custom packaging compatible with our customer legacy packaging needs. The integrated module approach would also consist of adding value-added voltage regulation, RF-waveform transformation, and additional device functionality such as electronic frequency tuning circuitry within the legacy package enclosure.Provided Quality Engineering support to customers regarding issue resolution on product performance, and QA screening test processes within customer quality organizations to ensure measurement correlation between my company and customer QA departments. My engineering team also provided customer QA organizations with test fixture designs/hardware to supplement customer device measurement capability.
