As a Contract Monitor, I ensure that the consumers of the products get what the Department contracted. To do this, I must have intimate knowledge of the contract within my control. By reaching out to the users, doing research, and speaking with the contractors I gather the information I need to determine if the deliverables are in accordance with the contract. This position also helps draft Service Level Agreements and helps in ensuring that the RFPs, RFIs and more clearly articulate the desires of the Department.

Protecting some of the most vulnerable citizens in our state, investigators do thorough fact-finding and research to determine the risks or vulnerabilities facing children and families. When children are unsafe, investigators take actions to ensure safety and permanency of the children. Petitioning the court for actions pursuant to sustaining safety and permanency are at times necessary, but everything that an investigator does is with the cognizance of the child's long-term wellness.

Built assorted electrical assemblies under an Electrical Engineer to custom suit manufacturing clientele. Maintaining constant communication with the engineer to ensure as a team we can provide the best product possible while maintaining a lean process that is constantly in review between the engineer and I. Blueprint reading as well as adaptation processes using adobe suite for assembly purposes using tools such as a Soldering Iron, Ohm meter, placing applicable resistors and creating wiring harnesses were some of the daily tasks.
