What I do:I’m a financial services leader, with solid analytical, operational, and technical expertise in international markets. I employ strong quantitative analytics that improve trading and investment capabilities and processes. I lead technological developments that ensure best-in-class system enhancements and desk operations. I build strong relationships that help teams become greater than the sum of their parts.Why I do it:I’m a numbers guy. I’m fascinated with how numbers and money work together; how they can be manipulated and analyzed: how they can be used to tell stories about performance, spreads, and P&L; and how they can be used to improve decisions. I enjoy improving processes, adding new capabilities, reducing costs, tightening spreads, and eliminating redundancies. I am energized by working and collaborating with different individuals, groups, cross-functional teams, vendors, brokers, and clients. I get great satisfaction sharing my knowledge with less experienced individuals and watching them grow and mature. Who I do it for:Ultimately, I work to enhance my clients’ investment returns. To that end, I am a strong collaborator, working with colleagues, support staff, and vendors to improve the tools and the systems we use on behalf of our clients. How I do it:I pay attention to the details and I find simplicity amid complexity. I look for how to achieve better efficiencies in trading systems.
