- Serve in Controller group for Private Equity and Minority Stakes investments - Ownership of General Ledger Operations and monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes- Process Automation to increase efficiency and decrease error for team procedures- Variance Analysis and reconciliations as needed by Senior Management for decision making purposes- Communicate and work with IT to help develop new systems to streamline monthly reports and activity - Carry out Fund Consolidation, Carried Interest, and Partnership Accounting policies- Responsible for MTM, Drawdowns, Distributions, and other investment activity- Prepare and maintain Audit Support and Regulatory reporting requirements on a monthly basis- Train and oversee three consultants hired to the team

- Serve in Global Compensation Controller group for multiple deferred compensation plans- Responsible for the General Ledger Operations and monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes- Prepare/review risk analysis for underlying investments of each compensation plan- Oversee documentation and improvements related to SOX Compliance, Basel III, Y9, Y12, and other reporting requirements - Controller for Corporate Owned Life Insurance policy assets held by the firm - Assumed responsibilities for additional deferred compensation plan and trained new members as the team needed- Reconcile and substantiate control processes (3R’s account sign-offs)- Maintain and update strong environment/audit documentation- Communicate directly with investment funds and internal teams for monthly investment details and employee liabilities

- Served as a Financial Supervisor for the world’s largest independent provider of airline catering- Developed budget models and forecasts in conjunction with operating units on a monthly basis- Analyzed and validated forecast-to-forecast changes and provided high level summary reports to senior management- Prepared and developed Unit profit and loss reports to support senior management decision making - Analyzed actual results against forecast and prepared written analysis, including the Monthly Performance Report- Oversaw Accounts Payable to ensure payments were processed in a timely manner by each unit and addressed any issues that arose related to invoice payments - Utilized SAP to make adjusting journal entries, run revenue reports, research purchasing information, and to complete other daily tasks as needed
