Mr. Walsh is responsible for the penetration and growth of Federal Government business for SIMmersion' advanced human simulation conversation technology. Agency focus is the Department of Defense, U.S. Intelligence Community, and Civilian Agencies. Mr. Walsh introduces and briefs prospective clients on the firm's patented "human" simulation conversation technology to solve specific challenges and enhance skill acquisition capabilities. Our capability trains communication skills faster and allows users to practice difficult conversational skills. Clients use this capability to train a large range of difficult conversations such as Interview and Interrogation, Suicide Prevention, Sexual Assault Prevention, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Military Recruiting, and hundreds of others. Additional duties to to expand complementary partnerships, and establish teaming relationships and agreements which will provide access to contract vehicles and allow SIMmersion to contribute to applicable proposals and Task Orders.

Mr. Walsh was responsible for managing all Qwest Communications Federal Government and International Commercial sales channel business. KPNQwest, a strategic joint venture partner which extended Qwest Communication's domestic customer reach outside the shores of the United States to Eastern and Western Europe. Mr. Walsh was responsible for the development and revenue performance connecting Qwest Federal Government and domestic Commercial businesses to international offices and manufacturing sites throughout Europe. These connections made by transatlantic connections to the KPN high-speed optical Euro-Ring data network. Mr. Walsh was instrumental in winning one of the largest contracts awarded by the United States Department of Defense (DoD), Diplomatic Telecommunications Service (DTS) to supply a critical communication services to key facilities throughout West Europe. Mr. Walsh was recognized for significantly increasing revenue and gross profit margin performance through his business unit. Mr. Walsh was promoted to the KPNQwest post as a result of his achievement at Qwest Communications Inc., National Accounts.

Mr. Walsh was responsible for managing many of GTE’ largest revenue and strategic clients. GTE Communications supplies hardware, software and outsourced technical personnel to Federal, State, and large enterprise customers companies, ranging from the U.S. Department of Energy to Princeton University. Mr. Walsh expanded revenues significantly over his tenure. Mr. Walsh worked closely with key strategic equipment, software and support suppliers including: Nortel, NEC, and Cisco Systems to optimize business opportunities and organize key wins. Mr. Walsh was responsible for acquiring, developing and managing many of Siemens top revenue producing customers within the U.S Division as well as internationally. These accounts included Prudential Insurance, Xerox/Crum & Forster Corporation, and Paine Webber. In addition, Mr. Walsh was assigned responsibility of all Siemens Companies and subsidiaries worldwide. Mr. Walsh concluded his tenure with Siemens on Special Assignment reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siemens Information Systems Inc. U.S.A Division.
