As I began the development of Mani Brothers' hospitality division, I had total oversight of the re-bardning, re-positioning and renovation of this property. This luxury property on Carbon Beach in Malibu, CA is one of the Leading Hotels of the World, is a Virtuoso property and has garnered seven-consecutive Wine Spectator Awards in CBC restaurant and was recognized by Conde Nast Traveler magazine with Readers Choice Awards every year since our acquisition; The Hot List, 2017; The Gold List, 2018 & 2023 and as the #1 Hotel in Southern California, 2020. The World Travel Awards recognized the property as the #1 Boutique Hotel in North America, and the #1 Boutique Hotel in California 2021 - 2023 and the hotel's restaurant has received 9 consecutive Wine Spectator Awards.

As the G.M. for this 198 room luxury property that boasts an award winning spa and two successful restaurants and during my tenure was one of the Leading Hotels of the World, a Virtuoso property as well as including in American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts program. My role included that of leading, educating, training and supporting 350 employees in an environment in which guests enjoy high levels of service and employees are motivated to deliver top performance. Manage all operations to ensure friendly and efficient transactions in all areas, resulting in #2 rating in L.A. luxury market for quality (independent shopper); top-10 L.A. luxury market (Market Metrix), and consistently high employee opinion survey and internal NPS scores.

Worked in many of the F&B operations within Pebble Beach at both the Inn at Spanish Bay and the Lodge at Pebble Beach, including the Bay Club Restaurant and Room Service at Spanish Bay as well as the Tap Room at the Lodge. I worked 5 AT&T National Pro-Am Tournaments, the 1992 U.S. Open Championship and 4 Concours de Elegance events during my tenure.
