Generate expert recommendations for permit decisions and conditions necessary for enforcement. Function as the Adams County Local Governmental Designee to the COGCC, facilitating communications between the Board of County Commissioners, executive leadership, the industry, and residents on oil and gas matters.Analyze data and evaluate trends to create technical reports, briefings, and presentations to justify actionable time-sensitive responses and persuade future policy decisions, including ongoing development, operations, well production, and reclamation updates, spill, release, and remediation evaluations, and orphan well review and potential future risk assessment.
