It is my honor to serve as president of Hershocks, Inc. It is a role held many years by my father, Barry, and grandfather, Ralph. Brother Mike and I represent the third generation of Deavens. Our management team strives to provide wise leadership decisions so Hershocks continues to be a good and safe place to work. Our knowledgeable staff works hard to stay on the forefront in the fenestration industry for our valued customers and clients.

My role at Hershocks is to manage the personnel and resources of our service and small contract division in an effort to promote optimal service while pursuing controlled growth in a division that has been highly successful for many years. Our task is to serve central Pennsylvania with quality products and trusted service. Our scope of work entails swing doors, overhead doors, automatic entrances, windows, storefronts, curtain walls, skylights, door hardware, folding partitions, and glazing as creative as the designer imagines. It is also my responsibility to manage the promotions and marketing of Hershocks as a whole.

Managing building envelope contracts from start to finish. This work includes the submittal/approval process, procurement, and coordination with installers, suppliers, customers, and architects with the following products: Aluminum entrances, storefronts, curtain walls, skylights, translucent wall panels, point-supported structural glazing systems, security, fire-resistant, mirrored, and other decorative glazing . We also contract custom wooden storefronts, aluminum composite and metal insulated wall panel systems. Project sizes range from as small as a handshake to several million dollar in volume. Our territory covers central Pennsylvania, western MD, northern VA, and eastern WV.
