Cyber Operations Manager
CurrentAs part of my work as a Cyber Operations Manager, I work with organizations nationwide to ensure the ongoing resilience of their critical infrastructure and operations. Some of my responsibilities include:• Provide operational management of Omega Operational Commander Center, which comprises security operations (SOC), network operations (NOC), and additional emergency services to ensure overall resilience of customer operations• Help manage ongoing support workflow to successfully meet service level agreement (SLA) objectives• Deliver project management for deployment of new hardware and software to Omega customer sites• Ensure customer success by meeting critical KPIs and milestones related to Omega services• Help drive internal improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis• Support and provide maintenance to Sophos XG and Mako networks firewalls• Manage support team through Zendesk ticketing system• Manage and support customers through Bitdefender and Sentinel One Antivirus/Antimalware solutions.• Provide daily support for customers through Datto RMM including installation, monitor and policy creation, and scripting.
