Manager of Regional Sales - Responsible for working with the Wheeled Coach dealer network - nationwide, shoulder to shoulder in a wide variety of areas.

Manage sales of Road Rescue Ambulances, Wheeled Coach Ambulances and Ferrara Fire Apparatus each a REV brand, with an aggressive goal of achieving rapid sales growth and increased market share. Accountable for leading direct sales, training and managing sales team, identifying new product lines and negotiating acquisition terms, and collaborating with manufacturers to establish annual quotas. Manage final product delivery and provide training to end users after closing sale. Interface with marketing team to plan and execute advertising campaigns and trade shows. Oversee direct sales, sales team management, new product line negotiations, and annual quota setting.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Selected to lead and transform the company’s Export Division, utilizing independent agents to expand product sales into 31 countries.• Recognized as a top Dealer in Sales Volume and Service Recognition in four out of five company brands.• Received the Presidential ‘E’ Award for Export Excellence, one of only 57 companies in the United States to receive the honor; named as an Exporter of the Year in 2010 with recognition from the US Department of Commerce and an Export Achievement Award. • Key contributor to company growth supporting initial team of 17 in expanding to 120+ employees across all divisions; managed hiring and training of sales staff to grow team from 2 members to 31 members across five product lines and four states.• Collaborated closely with Engineering to develop First Priority branded products for marketplace introduction; led hiring and training of outside vendors and dealers, enabling sales of branded products in 13 regions across the US.
