• Provided support to the end-users of the ADP multi-state payroll function to assist in keeping payroll processing running smoothly, including responding to issues, importing HR, benefits, and payroll data to the local ADP/Oracle database, developing procedures and providing documentation.• Acted as a liaison between Payroll/HR/Benefits and ADP as well as between the company and WageWorks (the third-party FSA, HSA and commuter plan administrator).• Maintained a close internal relationship with Payroll, based on my working knowledge of ADP PC/Payroll for Windows. Maintained internal relationships with HR, Benefits, Tax, Treasury and Accounting mainly by creating reports in ADP that were run regularly as well as by creating reports as requested.• Created reports using ADP ReportSmith that produced Excel files to meet the mandatory ACA reporting requirements in order to keep the company in compliance with the federal government.• Provided the only review for accuracy of the weekly Vanguard (the third-party capital accumulation plan administrator) data file before transmittal by Benefits.• Analyzed the out-of-balance reconciliation by Benefits between the CAP (capital accumulation plan) deductions according to the ADP Payroll reports and the CAP deductions according to the data file to ensure proper funding of the account.• Researched and corrected errors resulting from the upload of employee FSA and HSA funding and commuter benefit election files to WageWorks to ensure accuracy of data.• Provided problem-solving support to the Deltek and Oracle Time and Labor time management systems.• Participated in the conversion of Oracle EBS HR to Oracle Fusion/two Oracle Fusion version upgrades as a means of keeping the company as up to date as possible with technology.• Prepared/transmitted test payrolls to ADP as a proof of concept for process changes.• Processed weekly schedules consisting of 75-100 manual concurrent requests in the Oracle 11i financial database.
