Recent Projects and Deliverables 2019 - 2021:- Worked with vendor operation and finance team stakeholders to gather requirements for implementing a vendor ordering system. Architected the system implementation and created issues for other dev team members to take subsequent sprints.- Served as system architect and project lead of bulk pricing project. The system necessitated a re-architecture of our order total and shopping cart API’s and effected public facing product pages as well as public checkout. Technologies used for system implementation include Google App Engine, Python, VueJS and Django. - Served as system architect and project lead of order quoting project. Moving order quoting from a manual Excel/folder driven process to an automated one, reducing time spent on quoting by sales team associated by as much as 75%. - Served as project lead on a multi sku product system creating a richer more intuitive browsing experience for users as well as increased efficiency of our product creation process.- Designed an order routing system to automatically route orders to East Coast and West Coast fulfillment centers considerably improving the efficiency of our shipping process.- Added the ability to create tax exempt customer accounts allowing tax exempt organizations to checkout with no sales tax charged on orders once authenticated.- Migrated legacy phone system to Twilio FLEX and created call routing workflows for Sales and Customer Success teams. - Integrated our Sales and Customer Success daily email reporting with HelpScout- Responsible for creating, updating and all web API’s as needed.- Responsible for debugging bugs in production and committing timely solutions to critical problems.- Regularly meet with stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects and web based systems. Manage the completion of all phases of the Software System Development Lifecycle for related projects.
