Gregory is a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams. He has an exceptional track record of assisting ASX-listed and foreign multinational companies to secure the leaders they need to turn strategy into performance. Gregory entered the search profession in the mid-1990s. He subsequently worked with three publicly-listed companies across Australia and the Middle East. Guided by his passion for bringing exceptional people together, he established Dohnt & Co – a contemporary board and executive search firm - in 2018.
