Greg is a director in the Gowling WLG Corporate Finance/M&A department and head of the Transactional Services Team ("TST") which specialises in M&A transaction due diligence and data room project services. Greg and the TST team work on a wide variety of corporate transactions supporting Corporate/M&A lawyers on their transactions by performing and co-ordinating buy-side legal due diligence and sell-side data room reporting services. Greg and the TST team are supported by a large number of dedicated legal due diligence specialist lawyers from across the firm and legal disciplines (be it Real Estate/Property, Employment, Pensions, Tax, Intellectual Property, IT or General Commercial etc.) to produce bespoke and focussed buy-side legal due diligence reports and sell-side data room and vendor due diligence reporting. The TST team works hand-in-hand with clients, transaction deal team lawyers and other advisers in shaping deal discussions, warranty and indemnity negotiations and disclosure exercises until deals complete.
