Coordinating major evolutions and ensuring timelines are met in availability.

As a temporary assigned duty (TAD), I completed training and qualifications, then taught Basic Sail Training (BST) to incoming midshipmen at the US Naval Academy. Sailing is a trademark skill taught at USNA to introduce midshipmen to the maritime environment and teach the basics of knot tying and seamanship. Personally, I taught approximately 120 students over the summer.
