Tasks have included developing preliminary cost and feasibility studies for new systems or upgrades to existing systems, system design and engineering, equipment and construction specification development and disposition, and construction coordination and management. Specific projects have included coal dust collection and containment, particulate collection via an electro-static precipitator, mercury control, natural gas liquid storage and transport, and gas processing flare upgrades.

Engineering design, instrument and I/O setup and programming, system operator, and data analyst for various energy related projects related to coal and biomass gasification and hydrogen purification. Tasks included setting up and maintaining control logic and programs for multiple systems (Labview, cRIO), specifying and ordering equipment (pumps, fans, valves, etc.) and instrumentation, writing project reports, and developing proposals.
