Worked on several residential and commercial projects in varying counties including Prince William, Fairfax, Loudoun, Town of Leesburg, Fauquier, and City of Gaithersburg Maryland. Sites vary from open fields, to pad sites, to upgrades to an existing commercial center. Concept Plan Amendments, Rezoning's, Site Plans, Site Plan Revisions, and Minor site plans.Broadlands 206Site design called for 25 townhomes and 3 multifamily buildings, with a stormwater detention pond. Assisted Project Manager with site layout, utility design and road profiling. VIllage at Leesburg CPAPut together concept plan amendment for 160plus townhomes to come in across from Village at Leesburg Town center. Worked on preliminary SWM, landscape, E&S and Utility design.Dulles Expo Center ExpansionAdditional square footage added to existing Dulles Expo Center. Added parking lot to existing site. Used existing plans and as-builts to design a plan to incorporate to additional runoff from the site. Additional overland relief required due to location of proposed building addition. Large scale SWM/BMP and storm sewer design required for site.Broadlands - Virgina Tire and AutoExisting pad site for retail use. Revised site design to incorporate new tenant. Revised utility design and storm water design for new use.Life Time Fitness - CIty of Gaithersburg, MDSet up plan layout, SWM design and designed Stormwater Management facilities on-site. Preliminary stormwater design, and final stormwater design done through City of Gaithersburg Public Works.. Utility design on-site through WSSC. Took plan from start of feasibility report through approval from City of Gaithersburg. Met with clients and City to come up with the best design solutions for the site giving several existing condition issues. Able to communicate with clients to make sure the site is what they envisioned it to be. Currently providing on-site construction administration assistance with Life Time Fitness for the project.
