With over 25 years of experience as a senior intelligence professional and U.S. Army officer, I have a proven track record in addressing complex global security challenges, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. My work across four U.S. embassies, eight countries, and in senior roles at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has focused on great power competition, emerging threats, and strategic intelligence. I have led efforts to shape U.S. defense policy, strengthen Indo-Pacific partnerships, and counter malign activities from state actors.Fluent in Vietnamese, Russian, and Spanish, I bring deep regional expertise and cultural fluency, which I have applied to enhance U.S. national security and foster diplomatic relations.
