The Assistant Superintendent oversees all key aspects of the projects progress determines personnel, material, equipment, and facilities needed, establishes basic priorities and work sequences, maintains a balanced workload among subordinates through proper distribution of work projects and allotment of manpower. At Colonna`s Shipyard my management program consists of learning multiple functions of the business including procurement, production, and contracting.
